Bloom Sessions

Blossoming Sessions are meditations that integrate mudras, sound, chants and visualization in order to prepare us for the beginning of Spring.

This is a space to activate willpower, awakening it with love, gentleness and softness, after the long winter that invited us to rest and incubation. Now we are realizing that the intentions and visions that we have sown are ready to germinate with force and flourish in expansion, if we go towards them with certainty, focus and clarity, at the same time as with patience and temperance. We know that a flower cannot be forced, it will bloom when it feels ready, so what we do is accompany this process with awareness and love, so that any obstacle dissolves and nutrition is complete.

These sessions are done at dawn, since we will be connecting with receiving the Light of the Sun to allow us to flourish from the inner light. 

By joining these Sessions at dawn, we will be empowering this force to experience our dreams manifesting in harmony and expansion.

This is why we invite you to integrate the habit of meditating at dawn, even for these days. (March 15 to 19 and 22, which is the Spring Equinox).

By purchasing the Bloom Sessions, you will have access to all sessions for life. In the same way we continue to invite you to live them live at dawn, to connect collectively and unite to this intention. 

* We start this Monday March 15, we will meditate all week at 7 am, we rest Saturday 20 and Sunday 21, and on Monday 22 we close *

**The sessions will be broadcast in a private FB group, which you will have access to after purchasing the sessions.**
