Jeff is a facilitator, retreat leader, and mentor for yoga teachers, coaches, and wellness practitioners who feel called to lead with more depth, presence, and heart.

His work is about supporting people to move beyond technique and into who they actually are as leaders.

 

Over the past decade, he has guided facilitators through trainings, retreats, and immersive programs, helping them build the confidence and clarity to hold spaces that genuinely move people.

Nearly 10 years ago, being introduced to shamanism through his teacher Carlos opened something fundamental in how Jeff understands circle work, ritual, and group energy.

 

Since then, he has held cacao ceremonies and facilitated experiences across more than 15 countries, weaving together tradition, intuition, and lived practice.

​

He has also spent the past 7 years co-facilitating sacred space trainings, supporting hundreds of students to step into this work with skill and care.

​

Jeff's approach blends structure with intuition and grounded practice with energetic awareness. He believes the quality of any space comes down to the person holding it, and that presence is always the foundation.
